The Help Desk is on the ground floor to the left side in the lobby as you enter. On your arrival all your queries will be answered here. If you would like to have a view of the hospital/rooms prior to admission, please feel free to request. 

There is a team of Patient care Takers to guide or help you reach your desired location in the Hospital.

You need to go through the First Contact Clinic at the Reception where a Medical Doctor will ask for history and examine if required and guide you to the specific Department Outpatient Clinic.
