Lecture Halls
The college consists of lecture halls to accommodate 250 MBBS Students, in all three floors of the college. All the halls are fully equipped with Audio Visual Equipment to provide an environment conducive to interactive learning. The halls also consist of individual biometric systems to monitor the daily academic attendance, both before and after sessions.
Departmental Museums
Each academic department in the college have their own museums depicting the essence of their subject. They provide every opportunity to visualize the highlights of each department.
Bapuji Library with Digital Library, Internet Kiosks
A modern library housed in a 3 storied building, with a carpet area of 4,000 sq. mts. Fully automated with sophisticated library management software, it offers a unique ambience. Our library provides an excellent source of information to the students as well as the academic community for their educational and research programs with an exhaustive collection of more than 15,000 books, encyclopedias, journals and reports. In addition it has an extensive collection of a wide range of electronic resources in form of online e-journals, e-books and catalogues over the DELNET. Central Stores
The Central stores in the college meets the stationary needs of students and open during the college hours.

A picturesque auditorium was constructed with architecture encapsulating a luxurious sense.
Basic Amenities & Recreation
Excellent arrangements for food, accommodation, transport, communication, and banking make MGMCRI a “home away from home” for our students. The MGMCRI campus offers separate hostels for men and women. These hostels are located in a serene environment, close to the college and hospital blocks. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned and well-ventilated. Exclusive hostel wardens oversee the well-being of the students. Our institute has its own fleet of buses for safe and quick transport of the students and staff. Students have access to a full-fledged gymnasium.
Hostels and Quarters
The MGMCRI campus hostels are located in a serene environment, at walking distance to the college and hospital blocks. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned and well-ventilated. There are separate male and female hostels as well as separate UG and PG hostels. Exclusive hostel wardens oversee the well-being of the students and the day to day activities.
Central Kitchen
The central Kitchen prepares and supplies all meals and snacks to the hostels and also to the patients admitted in the hospital. All meals are prepared fresh and the kitchens are maintained with utmost hygienic conditions. The menus are well thought out, keeping in mind the nutritional needs of the students and the special needs for the convalescing patiens.
Playground
Open Grounds, Tennis/Badminton and Basket Ball courts and Playing Park
The campus includes huge grounds for all the sporting activities for student and faculty. Sporting events like track and field, cricket and football are conducted here. Apart from the open grounds, there are separate open-air courts for friendly games of tennis, badminton and even a small playground for kids.
Laundry
The in-campus laundry facility present behind the Hostels collects, handle and deliever all linen from the hospital and the hostels.
Fitness Centre
Students have access to a dedicated gymnasiums within the hostels with a range of equipment to maintain physical fitness.
Cafeteria
The campus has 3 cafeterias. The cafeteria inside the main building of the hospital is open 24 hours and offers a range of refreshing beverages both hot and cold and wide selection of café items. There is also another café present near the college offering fresh and tasty refreshments for the students during college hours.
MGMCRI also has its own canteen “Food Kings” which offers authentic regional specials morning, noon and night available to students, faculty, patients and their families.
And if that’s not enough there are many bakeries and restaurants around the campus within walking distance.
Transport – Buses
Our institute has its own fleet of buses for safe transport of the students and staff with timings corresponding to the college and hospital timings. The buses are arranged from the different areas of Pondicherry and Cuddalore, to assist students and faculty.
Indian Bank ATM
There is a fully functioning Indian Bank ATM, within the campus to cater to individual financial needs of students, faculty and patients. There are also other ATM’s and banks within walking distance of the campus, on the main road,
