Dr. Sobana Jaiganesh is a Professor of physiology having completed a master's and a doctorate in medical physiology. She is an American Heart Association certified BLS, ACLS instructor and Society for Simulation in Healthcare Certified healthcare Simulation educator. She has completed the NHET-Sim (National Health Education Trainer) by Monash University, Australia and level III Faculty training by Pedi STARS, India. Presently she is a Fellow of the International Paediatric Simulation Society. She has presented research papers in the International Meeting in Simulation Healthcare and INSPIRE (International Network for Simulation-based Paediatric Innovation, Research, and Education). Curricular integration of simulation and virtual simulation are her research interest.

Currently working as Professor and Head of anaesthesia. He joined the institute as assistant professor in 5-11-2008.He is promoted as professor in 5-11-2015. Took over as head of the department on 8-7-2019.Total UG and PG teaching experience is 13years 8months. He is also the American Heart Association international training center coordinator, for International Training Center MSC MGMCRI. He has an avid interst in simulation based training, and has incorporated Skills based training into the Interns and Post Graduate training programs. He is a key player in the departmental functioning and curriculum assignment for the Post Graduates. He is also recognised nationwide for his contribution in simulation based training, where he has conducted several workshops. He is also a key member in various Professional Bodies like Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, Research Society of Anaesthesiology and Clinical Pharmacology, National Academy of Medical Sciences, International Medical Science Academy, Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, Academy of Regional Anaesthesia. He has 35 publications in various national and international journals to his credit. He has four copyrights to his credit. He is an invited faculty for various International and National Conferences. He has over 38 Journal Publications in International and national journals to his credit. He is instrumental in designing the CPR Manual for resuscitation training pruposes. His career objective is to provide wholesome perioperative care (safety and comfort).

Dr Dinker Pai is a general surgeon by training. He has been active in simulation-based healthcare education for the last 10 years. At present he is Professor of Surgery and Director of the Medical Simulation Centre at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry, India. He obtained the Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) certification in from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, USA in 2016. He is a certified Team STEPPS master trainer for team training for Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), USA. He is the President of the Pan Asia Simulation Society in Healthcare and Founder-secretary and life member of the Singapore Society for Healthcare simulation. He is a life member of the Malaysian Society for Simulation in Healthcare and Board member for PediSTARS simulation society, India. He is on the Editorial board of Advances in Simulation, the official journal of SESAM (The European Society for Simulation) and site reviewer for the Accreditation committee of SSH. He is certified by NHET-SIM certification course of Monash University, Australia and has completed the Bristol Boston Masterclass for Simulation. He has been the Chairperson of the technical and advisory committees for simulation of the Kerala University of Health Sciences and is a Visiting Consultant for Simulation at many medical colleges in India and abroad. This year he was elected as a Fellow of the prestigious Academy of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and is the only one in South Asia to have this honour.
